These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Orbit platform, including our website, APIs, agent builder, deployment tools, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
By creating an account or using the Service, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Orbit provides a customer experience platform that enables you to build, configure, and deploy AI-powered conversational agents across multiple channels including web chat, Slack, Discord, WhatsApp, and SMS. The Service includes agent configuration tools, a visual flow builder, knowledge base management, conversation analytics, and integration capabilities.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

Free Trial: New accounts receive a one-time allocation of 100,000 tokens at no cost. Free trial tokens do not expire but are non-transferable.
Subscription Plans: Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are as listed on our pricing page and may be updated with 30 days notice. Token allocations reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
Pay As You Go: Usage is calculated based on tokens consumed and billed monthly in arrears. Current per-token rates are published on our pricing page.
Upgrades and Downgrades: You may change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of the paid period.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including knowledge base documents, agent configurations, and branding assets ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the Service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions for any content you upload.
Conversation data generated between your AI agents and end users is stored on your behalf and subject to the data retention policies described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service, including its design, features, code, and documentation, is owned by Orbit and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service beyond the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.
The Orbit name, logo, and all related trademarks are our property. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.
You may close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days following termination, during which you may request an export. After that period, your data will be permanently deleted.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and validating the outputs of your AI agents. Orbit does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbit and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we will also notify you via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
