Orbit ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our customer experience platform, including our website, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

01

Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you sign up through a third-party provider (such as Google), we receive your basic profile information from that provider.

Conversation Data: When your AI agents interact with end users, we process and store conversation transcripts, metadata (timestamps, channel type), and any files or media exchanged during conversations.

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including token usage, API calls, feature usage patterns, browser type, IP address, and device information.

Payment Information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

Service Providers: We share data with third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Service, including cloud hosting providers (infrastructure), AI model providers (for processing agent conversations), payment processors, and analytics services.

Team Members: Information within a workspace is accessible to all members of that workspace as configured by the workspace administrator.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental regulation, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls and authentication, regular security audits, and secure infrastructure hosting. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

05

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze usage patterns. We use PostHog for product analytics to understand how users interact with our platform. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings, though disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Service.

06

Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Conversation data is retained according to your workspace settings and plan. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal or legitimate business purposes.

09
